I am easily influenced ya’ll. NewCity Coffee Co. was a TikTok find. I’d seen the coffee flight posted a few times and was sold I had to go. NCCC is a departure from the usual areas I frequent, being up in Lake Mary. Should not have come as a surprise, everyone else had found it on TikTok too. I went on a weekend and it was packed.

After a bit of a wait, I went up and ordered my coffee flight and lucked out there happened to be one table available inside and got settled in. I brought a book and was ready to zone out. There are a few tables inside and a few setup outside – not very big, but enough that I could find a solo spot on a busy day. The flight arrived and it was super cute!

I was super excited to try the flavors and immediately realized this was not a challenge to do alone. All of this is probably equivalent to 1.5-2 full lattes. I’d definitely recommend splitting this with friends or a partner. So my anxiety level kicked right in from all that caffeine. To be honest the flavors were very similar, just subtly different from one another. Possibly because I was going from one to another and didn’t have a palate cleanser. I believe the candy corn was my favorite, which came as a surprise because I’m not a huge candy corn fan.

Because it was so busy I did feel bad that I was taking up a table slowly sipping my coffee and reading. So I started to speed up towards the end and mozy on out. I would definitely come back with friends because they change up their flights seasonally. I want to try it, but I don’t need all that caffeine to myself. It’s a cute concept and a different part of town to check out.
