After our Christmas Eve dinner at Steakhouse 71, my friend and I went on a lil monorail bar crawl. The first (and kind of only stop) was the Enchanted Rose at the Grand Floridian Resort. It’s always nice to even stroll through The Grand and just pretend I can afford it.
The Enchanted Rose is a Beauty and the Beast-inspired bar. It’s one of the bougie-er Disney lounges I’ve been to, which adds up being in the Grand. And to align with that the prices are extra premium, even for Disney. My friend ordered the Sunny Margarita and I opted for the Lavender Fog. If there isn’t an interesting tequila-based drink, I like to try something different and unique.
I didn’t feel like this menu was super inspiring or unique overall. My friend’s drink was super refreshing, I just thought it was a pretty standard margarita. Which honestly is not a bad thing. I am never mad about a solid margarita. It did ring up at $20 though. I’m not a huge lavender fan (in edible format), I don’t like flowery or herb-y flavors. But this sounded unique, and I do love a London Fog (essentially milk tea), so I was intrigued. I was pleasantly surprised. It is definitely a dessert-y drink, sweet and creamy, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. My drink rang up to $19.

Our bar crawl was cut short because when I got here I realized I didn’t have my purse. I thought I left it at the restaurant. The Cast Members were super sweet and tried to help out. They tried… But it was me being dumb, I had left it in my car and totally didn’t realize. So we wanted to hit up Trader Sam’s at the Polynesian, but we got there too late after my scavenger hunt to find my purse.
Enchanted Rose is definitely on the pricy side, so I won’t be here on the regular. But it’s a lovely experience and the lounge is very pretty. I’d love to do a full monorail bar crawl one day and would stop by here again for that.
